I’m honored to be joined in this episode by Keva Walton, the Chief Executive Officer of the Mecklenburg County Alcoholic Beverage Control Board.
Mr. Walton brings decades of leadership experience to the Mecklenburg ABC Board, including leadership roles with organizations like the City of Charlotte, the YMCA of Greater Charlotte, Goodwill Industries, Charlotte Chamber of Commerce, and the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance organization.
He holds a bachelors degree in Urban and Regional planning from East Carolina University, and a Master of Public Administration from University of North Carolina – Charlotte.
During our conversation, Keva details how his amazing career led him to the Mecklenburg County ABC Board, and shares details about the role the board plays in the community at large.
We also discuss how the Mecklenburg County ABC has reinvested and continues to reinvest in the Charlotte area community – we’re going to talk about some really impressive numbers here.
